      What Forms of Payment do you accept?

      Do you ship internationally, or to PO Boxes or AFO/APO addresses?

      At this time, only ships to addresses in the U.S. and does not ship to PO Boxes and AFO/APO addresses. We do not process orders going to any freight forwarding company.

      What happens when you run out of stock?

      Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will notify you if this happens and inform you when we will be expecting more stock to come in. At this moment in time, does not have a backorder system so the item will be automatically left out from your order. You will have to re-order when it becomes available again.

      What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?

      If you have to return or exchange a product, please do so within 14 days of purchase & enclose your original receipt. Refunds are made based on the original purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs or take responsibility for lost or damaged items. Please understand that we cannot take returns nor offer refunds on used and open products.

      We are unable to process returns & exchanges without the original product(s), and all the necessary items listed above. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges incurred on your part. For valued items, we recommend that you add shipping insurance in the event the item is lost or damaged during shipping back to us. Please note that products purchased through may not be returned or exchanged at retail / other web locations that sell 2nd Love products.

      Can I cancel an order?

      As we aim to process orders within 24 to 48 hours, you will not be able to cancel your order once order transaction has been completed.
